How to use these templates

Print the layout that matches your pay period, fill in punches by hand or on a clipboard, then total the hours at the end of the period — the fastest way is to type the times into the time card calculator (or the biweekly version) and copy the result. Record lunch as the number of unpaid minutes, and convert totals to payroll decimals with the decimal converter — the quarter-hour points are 15 min = 0.25, 30 = 0.50, 45 = 0.75.
